Friday - Dinner with the Dizzies
Our evening begins with an opening presentation, celebrating the Great American Songbook. We feature intimate performances from our very own Shez Sheridan and Ryan Taylor. We then break for a sumptuous four-course dining experience, featuring The Library’s own unique spin on British Tapas*. Finally, dance the night away with Sheffield’s most loved jazz and swing band, The Dizzy Club
​​​Saturday - Jazz Hot 6
Local gypsy jazz legends, The Jazz Hot 6, invoke the spirit of Django Reinhardt for an evening of foot-tapping, shoe shuffling rhythm and melody. Support is from the incredible songstress Emily West with Ryan Taylor at the piano.
​Sunday - The Langsett Dance Orchestra
Our weekend concludes in swinging big band style with The Langsett Dance Orchestra. With vocals from the amazing Niamh Kavanagh and a diverse repertoire of jazz, latin, and even the odd Radiohead cover! Support by the jazz guitar maestro Dan Lowndes Smith and friends.
